During the second session about communication strategies we worked in teams where each team had a specific scenario for which they were supposed to answer a series of questions and prepare presentations for the others.
Our team was working on promoting a big national agency which wants to organize trainings for future international trainers. Our online campaign would have been realized mainly through Facebook and Twitter where we would put calls for international participants. However, the potential participants would be assessed so as to make sure that we have only those of them, who are really interested in becoming trainers themselves.
Other groups had their own scenarios for which they developed communication strategies which later on were presented to the others, discussed and evaluated in the plenary.
